A fearless and passionate advocate, Ms. DiPrizito is fueled by her unyielding will and fiercely competitive spirit. Blazing her own trail, Ms. DiPrizito's experience has been trial by fire since joining the firm. Charged with the responsibility to manage and oversee her own caseload, she has made hundreds of court appearances, negotiated and settled contested divorces and custody disputes, and participated in extensive motion practice. Ms. DiPrizito's energetic drive and love of the courtroom makes her the ideal litigator for the most daunting of cases.
Ms. DiPrizito practices exclusively in the areas of matrimonial and family law. She earned her undergraduate degree from Hofstra University and Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law. Ms. DiPrizito worked as a law clerk at a matrimonial firm throughout law school. During her first summer, she interned for the then-supervising judge at the Nassau County Supreme Court Matrimonial Center.
During law school Ms. DiPrizito was a member of the Hofstra Trial Advocacy Association where she and her team competed vigorously against other law schools in various interscholastic trial competitions. Ms. DiPrizito was the Managing Editor of Articles for the Family Court Review. In her third year of law school, she published a Note in the Family Court Review entitled “Play By the Rules: Why States Should Adopt Uniform Court Rules for Forensic Psychologists in Child Custody Evaluations.” She was also the founding Treasurer of the Family Law Society.
Ms. DiPrizito is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association’s Matrimonial Law Committee.
